ANAMYA CASTING

With over a decade in casting and production, my journey began as an intern at Lotus Talkies, where I learned the foundations of talent and storytelling. I went on to spend five transformative years at BBC, growing from Assistant to Casting Associate, and gaining hands-on experience across diverse projects.

I later joined Hustle Network Production, working on major campaigns for Surf Excel, Adidas, Britannia, Tata Sky, Maggi, and more. These roles reinforced my belief in collaboration, adaptability, and the importance of thoughtful casting.
For the past three years, I’ve led casting at Anamya Productions. Here, we approach every project, commercial or creative with honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose.
What sets us apart is our belief that casting can drive social change.

When working with state governments or regional brands, we make it a priority to cast local talent from the specific cities and states. This isn't just about representation, it’s about authenticity and impact. Through our empanelled casting partners, we organise city-specific auditions, identify emerging artists, and ensure that even the smallest roles reflect the lived realities of the region. It’s our way of supporting local economies, nurturing new talent pools, and telling stories that feel honest and grounded.
